Gas Safety Checks

Much like a boiler is serviced annually, all gas appliances and flues must also undergo a gas safety check once a year. Our Gas Safe engineers carry out a thorough inspection to check the pressure, air supply, safety devices and more before issuing a Landlord Gas Safety Record (LGSR).

Gas Safety Record

Once we have provided your Landlord Gas Safety Record, you must give a copy to your tenants within 28 days of the check. For new tenants, you will need to provide this when they begin their tenancy. We’ll always be happy to answer any questions you may have about this.

Regular Maintenance
